Magnesium Oil Rub may help with muscle cramps, spasms, and general aches and pains. It may improve sleep, reduce anxiety, increase energy levels and may help with restless legs syndrome.

Directions: Apply directly to the skin up to 4 times a day. Gently massage into the skin for muscle relaxation and pain relief.
